The free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We take a card upfront and remind you 3 days before it charges. Cancel any time before day 14 and you pay nothing.

Cancelling

There’s no contract and no notice period. Cancel from the app or the web and you won’t be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Refunds

If something’s gone wrong, email us. We deal with refund requests case by case and aim to be reasonable. [statutory rights / cooling-off wording to be finalised].
