Refund policy

We want billing to feel fair and predictable.

The free trial

Every plan starts with a free trial. If a card is on file, we remind you before your first payment, and if you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing. If no card is on file, nothing is ever charged: the trial simply ends and your account becomes read-only.

Cancelling

There’s no contract and no notice period. Cancel from the app or the web and you won’t be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Refunds

If something’s gone wrong, email us. We deal with refund requests case by case and aim to be reasonable.

You also have rights under UK consumer law. When you first sign up you have a 14-day cancellation period, and because the trial is free you won’t have paid anything during it. These statutory rights are in addition to this policy and are not affected by it.
