Who we are

Toby is operated by Seagull Tech Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. [no.]). We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact: support@seagulltech.co.uk.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), the customer records and notes you create, and — if you connect them — emails from your Gmail or Outlook account so Toby can file them against the right customer. We process voice notes to transcribe them.

How we use it

Solely to provide the service: organising your jobs, generating your briefs, and chasing your follow-ups. We do not sell your data. AI processing is used to transcribe and summarise your own content.

Your rights

You can export all your data or delete your account at any time. Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, correction, erasure and portability. ICO registration [ICO no.].

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. On deletion, your data is removed from our live systems within [retention window].
