What’s the difference between the plans?
Only one thing: how much AI work is included each month. Every plan has every feature. Light is aimed at sole traders and one-person businesses, Standard at small outfits juggling several jobs at once, and Pro at larger teams with a lot on. Not sure which? Start where you think you fit — if you run low on your monthly budget, you can move up a tier any time.
How does the AI allowance work?
Everyday things barely touch it: filing emails, voice notes, actions, briefings and wrap-ups all use a little. Longer back-and-forth chats with Toby use it faster. Most people never get near their allowance, and if you do, the AI features pause until your next month starts while your emails and notes keep coming in.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing breaks. If you hit your monthly budget, Toby pauses the AI extras for the rest of the month, but it keeps pulling in your emails and voice notes, so nothing’s lost. You can bump up a tier any time, or just wait for the month to roll over.
Is there a free trial?
14 days, full features. We take a card upfront and remind you 7 days before it charges. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
Why are prices shown inc VAT?
Most sole-trader sparkies, plumbers and chippies aren’t VAT-registered, so the VAT is real money to you. We show the price you actually pay, with the ex-VAT figure underneath.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. No contract, no notice period. Cancel from the app or the web and you won’t be charged again. Your data stays exportable.
